General information on data processing

1. Scope of processing of personal data
In principle, we only collect and use personal data from our users to the extent that this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in such cases in which it is not possible to obtain prior consent for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.

2. Legal basis for processing personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the first interest, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

3. Data Erasure and Storage Duration
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.

Provision of the website and creation of log files

1. Description and scope of data processing
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.
The following data is collected here:

- Information about the browser type and version used
- The operating system of the user
- The user's internet service provider
- The IP address of the user
- Date and time of access
- Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
- Websites accessed by the user's system via our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session.
Storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.
Our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR also lies in these purposes.

4. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after 7 days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.

5. Possibility of objection and elimination
The collection of the data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

Your consent will be obtained for the processing of the data as part of the sending process and reference will be made to this data protection declaration.

Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored.
If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored with us for 12 months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions.

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to process the conversation.

The data collected can be seen from the input mask as part of the booking or booking request. This includes name, telephone number, postal address, e-mail address, IP address, travel date and your optional additional request.

cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change.
Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. This cookie contains a characteristic character string that enables the browser to be clearly identified when the website is called up again.

If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted. If you want to change cookies, click here

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. We have also added the "anonymizeIP" code to Google Analytics on this website. This guarantees that your IP address is masked so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent future collection of your data when you visit this website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.

We continue to use Google Analytics to evaluate data from double-click cookies and AdWords for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager (https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=de).

We use Google Analytics including the features of Universal Analytics. Universal Analytics allows us to analyze the activities on our pages across devices (e.g. when accessing via laptop and later via a tablet). This is made possible by the pseudonymous assignment of a user ID to a user. Such an assignment takes place, for example, when you register for a customer account or log in to your customer account. However, no personal data is forwarded to Google. Even if additional functions are added to Google Analytics with Universal Analytics, this does not mean that data protection measures such as IP masking or the browser add-on are restricted.

Google Adwords

This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you came to our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad served by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the necessary setting of a cookie, for example by means of a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or set your browser so that cookies from the "googleleadservices.com" domain are blocked.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Google Maps

This website uses the "Google Maps and Route Planner" function of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google") to display and calculate geographic information and directions. Google Maps allows data about your use of this website to be transmitted to Google, collected and used by Google. You can prevent such data transmission by deactivating "Javascript" in your browser. In this case, however, no maps can be displayed. By using this website and not deactivating "Javascript", you agree that you consent to the processing of your data by Google for the above purpose. You can find more information about how "Google Maps" and the route planner use your data as well as Google's data protection declaration at: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html

Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this website. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
